SHIPPING POLICY
DadTees.ca is a print-on-demand apparel company. This means that we print our t-shirts as customers purchase them. We do not keep inventory, and all orders are carefully packaged and shipped direct worldwide.
DadTees.ca charges a straightforward, simple $4.95 flat rate shipping fee to our Canadian customers. For orders placed in the USA, we charge a $6.95 flat rate shipping fee. For orders outside of Canada and the USA, DadTees.ca charges a $14.95 flat rate shipping fee.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're dissatisfied with a product, don't worry! We are happy to issue exchanges and refunds within 10 days of receiving your product given one of the following situations are true.

The wrong item was received in terms of colour, size, or design.

The product has arrived in a damaged or poor quality condition.

If one of the above situations are true, please Contact Us and we'll do our best to solve your problem.

Please note that returned products are to be shipped at the customer's expense unless items arrived damaged or incorrect. We will happily issue a replacement item if this is the case.

Because all of our orders are produced on-demand, orders are not eligible to be changed, cancelled, or modified after the purchase is processed.
